Agentic Flow OS is a digital do-it-yourself toolkit: written guides, source code, templates, and prompts that you download and build yourself on your own computer.
It is not a hosted service, not a managed platform, not done-for-you work, and not a subscription. We do not run anything on your behalf, and we do not access your data or your accounts.
Access is delivered digitally immediately after payment. You are responsible for downloading and keeping your files.
Nothing on our site or in this product is a promise or guarantee of any specific result, income, revenue, client, or business outcome.
Any descriptions of what the system can do describe its functionality, not results you should expect. Words like "grow," "scale," or "save time" describe the intended purpose of a tool — they are not predictions about your business.
What you get out of it depends entirely on factors outside our control, including your offer, your market, your skill, your effort, your existing business, and how you choose to use it. Many people who buy tools like this never finish building or using them.
We make no representation that you will earn any money. You could earn nothing. You could spend money on setup and third-party usage and see no return.
This system drafts messages. It does not send them. Every message is reviewed and sent by you, from your own accounts, by your own decision.

This product requires third-party services you obtain and pay for yourself — including an Anthropic API key, and optionally Claude Code and other tools.
Those costs are separate and are not included in your purchase. They are usage-based and set by the provider, not by us. Any cost figures we mention anywhere are rough illustrations, not quotes — check current provider pricing yourself.
We do not control and are not responsible for third-party availability, pricing changes, model deprecations, outages, policy changes, or discontinuation. If a third-party service changes in a way that affects the product, we will make reasonable efforts to update it, but we cannot guarantee any particular service remains available.
You are also bound by those providers' own terms of service.
Content produced by this system is generated by artificial intelligence. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or entirely wrong. It may state things that are not true.
You must review everything before you use, send, publish, or rely on it. You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of anything you send. We are not liable for AI-generated content or the consequences of using it.

We retain all intellectual property rights in the product. Your license terminates if you breach these terms.
"Lifetime updates" means you receive updates to this product, at no extra cost, for as long as we continue to actively maintain and offer it. It does not mean the lifetime of any person, and it is not a perpetual commitment to ongoing development.
We may stop maintaining or offering the product at any time. If that happens, you keep everything you have already downloaded and your existing license, but no further updates are owed.
Updates are delivered to your access page. Keeping your link and downloading updates is your responsibility.
Features described as "early access," "preview," or "coming at launch" are provided as-is and may change, be delayed, or be altered in scope.
This is a digital product delivered immediately, and its contents can be fully accessed on download. Purchases are generally final.
Our one guarantee: the product includes a zero-cost test ("the harness") that verifies your setup before you spend anything on third-party AI usage. If the harness does not pass on your machine, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will work with you to fix it. If we cannot get it running, we will refund your purchase in full.

Consumers in the EU and UK normally have a 14-day right to cancel digital purchases. By completing checkout and accessing the download immediately, you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose that right to cancel once access begins. Where the right still applies, it is not affected by anything above.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Stripe's terms and privacy policy apply to the payment itself.
We receive limited order information (such as your name, email, and purchase record) to deliver the product and provide support. We do not sell your personal information.
The software itself runs on your own computer. Your business data, client information, and API key stay on your machine. We have no access to them.
Support means reasonable help getting the included product working as described, by email or direct message, on a best-effort basis.
It does not include custom development, building your system for you, business consulting, or support for code you or a third-party tool has modified. Those are available as separate paid engagements.
The product is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to this product is limited to the amount you actually paid for it.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost clients, business interruption, account suspension, or third-party costs — even if we were advised such damages were possible.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these terms. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Continued use of updated materials means acceptance of the current terms.
